Mike O’Brien is a worship leader, speaker, coach, consultant, and educator with more than three decades of experience serving the local church. His love for worship ministry began when he was 10 years old, after a small church plant helped rescue his family during a season of domestic abuse, and a music minister took him under his wing.

Mike served as the worship pastor of a local church in Atlanta from 1997 to 2015. Since then, he has worked with more than 300 churches, schools, universities, and ministries across charismatic, evangelical, mainline, and liturgical traditions. Through Three Streams Worship Training, Mike helps churches develop worship leaders, build healthier teams, strengthen ministry systems, and create space for congregations to reclaim their voice in worship.
